2D + 3D 2025 Juried Art Show

Sonoma, CA – The Arts Guild of Sonoma is thrilled to announce its upcoming juried show, Past-Present-Future, scheduled for January 2025. This eagerly anticipated exhibition invites 2D and 3D artists to explore the theme of time through their creative expressions.    Artists are encouraged to delve into the continuum of time, interpreting the past, present, and future through their unique perspectives.  From nostalgic reflections to contemporary commentary and visionary glimpses ahead, Past-Present-Future seeks to showcase the diverse interpretations of time across various artistic mediums.  Emerging 2D and 3D artists are encouraged to apply from the eight counties including; Sonoma, Marin, Solano, Alameda, San Francisco, Contra Costa, Mendocino, and Napa counties may enter.  The Arts Guild of Sonoma welcomes submissions of original works from sculptors, ceramicists, photographers, print artists, and artists working in mixed media, oil, watercolor, and pastel.  All artwork must be under 25 pounds including framing or base and must be atleast 12" x12" and a maximum of 28" x 28".   All 2D work must have a wire hanger, no sawtooth hangers will be accepted.  All Sculpture or Ceramics must be stable or have a base.   Art must be priced at a min. of $300 per piece, and the Gallery Split is 35% to the Gallery and 65% to the artist.  A fee of $40 allows for two pieces to be submitted for considersation.  The works will be judged by three highly respected curators including Linda Keaton, Sonoma Museum of Art's Executive Director and Chief curator, as well as esteemed San Francisco's Greg Lejnieks and Amy Nelder of Chole Gallery SF.

Sunday, December 15th: Notification by email to Artist's of selected Artwork                                                 

December 29, 2024- Artist’s must deliver in person to the Arts Guild of Sonoma between 11am and 3pm                   

 Saturday, January 18th , 2025: The Arts Guild will hold an additional Artist’s Reception-(5:00pm-7:00pm)                                         

Tuesday, January 28th: ALL Artists must pick up their works January 28th: Artwork Pick-up 11:00am-3:00pm.
